Family offices and private investors
Principals who require segregated accounts, custodian oversight and defined settlement terms before committing capital.
Private capital · Surety-backed structures
CAPSURETY coordinates surety-backed project and transaction capital through our proprietary stability model, for family offices, private investors, and project and trade sponsors. Independent custody, verified collateral and bound coverage are in place before any capital is activated.
Every party should know three things before they commit: the capital is in place, the collateral is verified, and the protection is bound.
The CAPSURETY standard
Executive overview
CAPSURETY is a fintech service provider and client project support ecosystem. We help developers, private equity firms, family offices, businesses and infrastructure operators organize their projects and prepare them for independent review and potential funding consideration.
Mission
To bridge the distance between a project concept and the execution of its capital.
Fintech service platform
Our focus is the coordination, feasibility work and guided transaction support each project requires.
The approach
No stage begins until the one before it has been independently confirmed.
Every counterparty is screened, and counsel reviews the structure, the entities and their regulatory standing.
An independent custodian confirms funds, documents and account controls directly with each bank.
Surety and insurance coverage is bound with rated carriers before any capital is released.
Proceeds move through a documented waterfall, reconciled and reported at every step.
Clients
Principals who require segregated accounts, custodian oversight and defined settlement terms before committing capital.
Infrastructure and energy sponsors seeking capital for qualified projects without surrendering control of their collateral.
Sellers and buyers of transferable tax credits, and businesses monetizing trade receivables, who require verified documentation and bound coverage within one controlled transaction process.
Commitments
Eligible collateral
Where appropriate, approved assets may be placed within frameworks that support capital formation, credit enhancement, assurance structures, risk mitigation, transaction administration, digital collateral administration and funding readiness.
By introduction
We accept a limited number of new client mandates each year. Introductions are always handled personally by a principal and remain confidential.

List every individual who owns 25% or more of the entity, and one individual with significant control, such as a CEO or managing member.
Each individual you listed completes a short, secure identity check with a government ID and a selfie. We never see or store their full ID number on this site.
